Meditative Painting

Meditative painting is my way of listening inward and letting images rise from stillness. Instead of planning every detail, I begin with presence—tuning into breath, sensation, and emotion—and allow the painting to unfold from there. These works often hold symbolic forms, spiritual imagery, and layered textures that emerge naturally from the process. Each piece becomes both a meditation and a reflection, offering space for healing, connection, and meaning beyond words.
